|  | His/her brothers Followills know what life is on the road, since his/her father Leon, Pentecostal shepherd, drives around them since small from a part to the other of the United States. These continuous trips forge the mind rock of the young Calebs (Voice and guitar), Jared (low) and Nathaniel (battery) that are ventured with passion on the music forming a rock band to which he/she also takes part his/her cousin Matthew (guitar).
After the inevitable mess-tin the four signs with The Rca and after the Ep "Holy Roller Novocains" they with the album of debut "Youth & Young Manhood", characterized by sharp guitars and rhythms mozzafiato, that gets a discreet success and it projects the KOLs among the most interesting promises of the universe rock. The following year the Followills continue his/her own trip through the garage rock publishing the second chapter of their saga "Aha Shake Heartbrake" that confirmation the good creative vein of the quartet. Following the publication of the second job the band also sharpens its abilities live, also gathering the great opportunity to open some dates of the tour of the U2s.
With the baggage of experiences accumulated in the time the band of the Tennesse he/she succeeds in giving a swerve to the proper sound in the following one "Because of the Times" of 2007, that it squeezes the eye to the new-wave without however to lose the explosive position of the debuts.
2008 is the year of the consecration with "Only By The Night", a perfect synthesis between the old ones and the New Kingses Of Leon, where space there is for more intimate passages but also for hymns from stadium. The album, that becomes number one in England, definitely enrolls the name of the group among that of the brightest stars of the panorama contemporary rock.
